A people-powered Arts Parade for all, inspired by African Caribbean Carnivals & Masquerades, that re-ignites and reimagines 125 years of Waltham Forest Carnivals and celebrates legends, folklores and champions of the borough’s culturally diverse communities.

Collaborations between local communities and multi-skilled artists will create spectacular costumes, vibrant parades and a community-led programme that is inclusive and reflective of the global cultures and traditions of one of London’s most diverse boroughs.
