Desire Paths is an executive producing and project management practice supporting community-led arts, culture and learning.

We work with artists, producers and organisations to develop, deliver and sustain ambitious cultural projects rooted in lived experience, public participation and social impact.

Why we exist

Many strong creative ideas struggle not because of a lack of vision or talent, but because of limited access to producing capacity, infrastructure and strategic support.

Desire Paths exists to bridge that gap.

We provide practical, ethical and experienced support that helps projects move from idea to delivery — strengthening governance, funding readiness and delivery systems while protecting the integrity of the work and the communities it serves.
